More hermit crab!


I decided to name him "Hermis" (generic I know), he's so incredibly adorable!
He carried a piece of corn around with him for 2 days because he thought someone would steal it.

In other news, I just started this:
I've been trying it for 3 days now and it doesn't seem to help.. at all..

Anyone have any suggestions on how to make it more effective,
or is this stuff just not that great, if so what else would work better?

  1. Personally, this shit has never worked for me, or any of my friends. At best, they gained fat weight. If you are trying to bulk, just eat a compliment of complete proteins from a variety of sources and do the right work outs. Don't try to cheat it, you will just make those guys rich.

  5. YOu have to work out insane amounts in order for that stuff to work. Hydroxycut Hardcore is a decent option as well.

  6. I just take daily vitamins, nasty protein powder crap after workout and now before sometimes too and it's made a huge difference. But of course you gotta be really motivated to work out like 1-2 hours a day/5 days a week.

  7. If your using supplements make sure after your workout of insane muscular training your drink LOTS of water and down the appropriate dosage. If it has Creatine in the mix make sure you don't drink caffeine drinks or alcohol.

  10. These "Buff-up supplements" only works if you do strenuous exercise DAILY and hydrate yourself always. But you know how strenuous exercise can be harmful, so best if you just do your regular workout and multivitamins.

  12. Thanks for the comments all, I've been working out for a year+ now (1-2 hours a day 5-7 days a week). Haven't really lost much fat/gained more muscle in the past 4 months though, figured it was time to try something new!
